Occupied Staging and Design...
$300 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT
In this detailed and fun consultation, we will be using my "FEEL HOME Philosophy" to take note of everything that needs to be done in the home, to attract the most traffic and get the best price possible!
- We start with a phone interview so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- During this consultation we will walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return on investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers. We will suggest any repairs or improvements, including recommended items to be purchased or removed from the home.
- The detailed report also includes a Sellers Guide Package filled with essential tips and tools such as the "TOP 10 Reasons", "Merchandising Your Space for Buyers", "Open House Checklist", and more.
(Up to 2 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
MINI MAKEOVER - $400
- This staging service offers up to 4 hrs of staging, based upon the Staging Report recommendations, and using ONLY the homeowners furniture and accessories. A recommended shopping list can be provided if homeowner wishes to buy furniture or accessories themselves, or a "Power Shopping service" can be purchased and we will do the shopping for you. All items purchased by the homeowner will be the property of the homeowner, and able to go to your new home to recreate your beautiful new look.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
POWER STAGING - Starting at $1000
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master, based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using mostly what you already have, and if needed, will bring in gorgeous rental accessories or "Power Shop" for an additional expense to make the most of each space. All items purchased by the homeowner will be the property of the homeowner, and able to go to your new home to recreate your beautiful new look.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
ULTIMATE POWER STAGING - Starting at $1200
Do you have a larger home, or would like more than the main living areas staged? No problem, our Ultimate Staging service has you covered.
- We will make HUGE transformations using mostly what you already have, and if needed, will bring in gorgeous rental accessories or "Power Shop" for an additional expense to make the most of each space. All items purchased by the homeowner will be the property of the homeowner, and able to go to your new home to recreate your beautiful new look.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
Does not include basement.
VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS
